The Hours & Retrograde is a compilation by Nashville-based atmospheric dark ambient artist A Cold Harbour. Each side of the tape features one of their EPs; Side A has The Hours Before the War EP while Side B plays Omission & Retrograde (A Crescendo, The Post-Modern World) EP. These EPs play like soundtracks (because they very much are) and the tape format is perfect for them.
